What information do we collect?
We collect information from you as a coach and/or as a parent when you register on our site or pay a fee. We do not collect any information directly from children (students), nor can children create accounts on our site.
You may visit our site anonymously. However, when registering or paying for a team on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, and the participating child’s name and grade.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience (for example, to show the child’s name on the Parent Dashboard)
- To improve our website
- To improve customer service (your information helps us to respond to your support needs)
- To process transactions
- The email address you provide for your account will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your account
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the services for which you sign up.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a collection of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you pay the fee or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We use a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We do not store any credit card information on our servers. Passwords are encrypted before being stored in our database. Sensitive information can only be accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and they are required to keep the information confidential.
Do we use cookies?
We use cookies to personalize your experience. We do not use tracking cookies.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties, your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. All users of our site may make any changes to their personal information at any time by logging into the Parent or Coach Dashboard, as appropriate, and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.
